Ambassador of Ukraine Volodymyr Koval had a meeting on October 23, 2012 with Mr. Mustafa Adib, Head, Office of the Prime Minister of Lebanon.

Volodymyr Koval expressed his support to actions of the Lebanese government on stabilization of political and security situation in the country after the bloody terrorist act happened on October, 19.
The Ambassador informed that at the same day the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kostyantyn Gryshchenko send a letter to his Lebanese colleague.The Ukrainian Foreign Minister condemned the terrorist act and offered his condolence to relatives of victims.

During the meeting the sides assessed positively recent stance of relations between two countries.
In particular, pointing out intensification of trade and economic cooperation, it was supported to hold in Kyiv the Third Session of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Lebanese Commission till the end of 2012.
