March 24-25, 1996 – the official visit of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Lebanon to Ukraine.
April 22-23, 2002 – the official visit of the President of Ukraine to Lebanon.
July 8-9, 2003 – the official visit of the President of Lebanon to Ukraine.
September 2006 – the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon within the framework of the 61st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
October 17-18, 2010 – the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to Lebanon.
December 7-8, 2011 - the official visit of the Prime Minister of Ukraine to Lebanon.
On November 29, 2014, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon within the framework of the 15th Conference of the International Organization of La Francophonie in Dakar (Senegal).
July 14 2022 - the video meeting of the co-chairs of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Lebanese Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation (Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine M. Solskyi and Minister of Economy and Trade of Lebanon A. Salam).
31 May 2024 – Telephone conversation between Prime Minister of Ukraine D.Shmyhal and Prime Minister of Lebanon N.Mikati.
29 December 2024 – Visit to Lebanon by a Ukrainian government delegation comprising Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine A.Sybiha, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine V.Koval, and Special Representative of Ukraine for the Middle East and Africa M.Subkh.
30 January 2025 – Telephone conversation between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Lebanese Republic General Joseph Aoun.
25 September 2025 – Meeting between Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha and Lebanon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Youssef Rajji on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
14 October 2025 – Telephone conversation between Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha and Lebanon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Youssef Rajji.
7 November 2025 – Telephone conversation between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Lebanese Republic General Joseph Aoun.
The delegation of Lebanon did not vote for the draft resolutions of the UN General Assembly:

"Termination of Russia's membership in the UN Human Rights Council" - A/ES-11/L.2 dated 04/07/2022.
The delegation of Lebanon supported:

Resolution of the UN General Assembly "Territorial integrity of Ukraine: protecting the principles of the UN Charter" А/ES-11/L.5 dated 12.10.2022.
Existing high-level bilateral bodies:
Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Lebanese Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation. Two commission meetings were held (2010-2011).
