One of the main directions of bilateral scientific and educational cooperation is the establishment of connections between the universities of Ukraine and Lebanon. Seven cooperation agreements between Ukrainian and Lebanese institutions of higher education were signed.

In 2018  the University of the Holy Spirit in the city of Kaslik held a round table with the participation of Ukrainian and Lebanese researchers of Holodomors.

In 2019, cooperation agreements between the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Lebanese University were signed, and between the University of the Holy Spirit in Kaslik and the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management.
