EDUCATION

In 1994 graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master's degree in International Relations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

In April 2025 appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Lebanese Republic by the Presidential Decree.

November 2024 – April 2025: Ambassador-at-large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

October 2020 - November 2024: Director, Directorate General for Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

June 2016 – October 2020: Consul General of Ukraine in Milan, Italy.

December 2014 – June 2016: Head of the Consular Protection Department, Directorate General for Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

August 2009 – December 2014 – Counsellor for consular affairs, Embassy of Ukraine in Italy.

Entered the diplomatic service in 1994.

From 1994 to 2009 served in various diplomatic positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, diplomatic and consular missions of Ukraine to Lebanon and Jordan.

Married with two children.
