The delegation of Lviv Chamber of Trade & Commerce headed by Mr. Dmytro Aftanas, its President, stayed in Lebanon on May 8–12, 2011.

Negotiations of Ukrainian businessmen with members of Chambers of Trade, Commerce & Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon and also the city of Zahle and Bekaa Valley took place within the visit. Also meetings with members of the Lebanese part of the Lebanese-Ukrainian Business Council took place.

Issues of establishment of trade and economic co-operation between Lebanon and the Lviv region were discussed during meetings.

Two agreements on co-operation were signed between the Lviv Chamber of Trade & Commerce and its partners in Beirut, Mount Lebanon and also city of Zahle and Bekaa Valley.
