On October 4, 2011 Ambassador of Ukraine to the Lebanese Republic Volodymyr Koval met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of the Lebanese Republic Adnan Mansour.

The two parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in various fields. They voiced mutual satisfaction with the growing trade turnover, and collaboration in the sphere of education.

It was stressed as important to further intensify political dialogue between Ukraine and Lebanon. In this context the two parties agreed to consider the possibility of a visit of the Lebanese Foreign Minister to Kyiv on the invitation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, before the end of this year.
