The Embassy of Ukraine in the Lebanese Republic once again draws the attention of foreign nationals to the fact that entry into or exit from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and parts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions) by foreign citizens or stateless persons is permitted exclusively through the official border crossing points of the State of Ukraine.

We remind that any crossing of Ukraine’s state border by foreign nationals in violation of Ukrainian legislation shall entail mandatory legal consequences.

 Furthermore, the Embassy underscores that any economic activity carried out in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, including the conclusion of trade or economic agreements/transactions with the occupation authorities or entities located in those territories, has no legal validity under Ukrainian law and may result in international sanctions or restrictive measures.
