Meeting of the Ambassador of Ukraine Volodymyr Koval took place on October 12, 2012 with managers of the Lebanese Ukrainian Business Council: Rabih N. Frem, Arslan M. Sinno, Samir Tawil and Nassif Germayel.

R. Frem, President, informed that the Council had been officially registered in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lebanon. The basic task of the Council is to promote development of trade and economic relations between Lebanonand Ukraine.

Particular attention was paid to joint actions within the preparation of a next session of the Joint Intergovernmental Lebanese-Ukrainian Commission on Economic Cooperation, organization of presentations in Lebanon of possibilities of one of Ukrainian regions and establishment of contacts with the Council of Exporters within the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
