On March 26, 2012the Ambassador of Ukraine in Beirut Volodymyr Koval met with the Minister of Defence of Lebanon Fayez Ghosn.

During the meeting the issues of military and military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and Lebanon were discussed.

The sides stressed the necessity of intensification of bilateral military-political contacts, in particular through an official visit to be paid by the Lebanese Defence Minister to Kyiv in 2012.
