This year, our state celebrates the 85th anniversary of the Holodomor 1932-1933 in Ukraine. According to the decision of Kyiv Court of Appeal on October 13, 2010 in the criminal case, opened by the Security Service of Ukraine, it was recognized that with the purpose of suppressing the national liberation movement in Ukraine and preventing the restoration and consolidation of an independent Ukrainian state, the leadership of the communist regime masterminded the genocide against the Ukrainian people of 1932-1933 by creating conditions of life aimed to the physical extermination of Ukrainians.
