The Ukrainian-Lebanese Agricultural Business Forum kicked off in Beirut

The Ukrainian-Lebanese Agricultural Business Forum kicked off in Beirut on March 21, 2013. H.E. Mr. Hussein Hajj Hassan, Minister of agriculture of Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Koval, Ambassador of Ukraine to Lebanon, representatives of Ukrainian and Lebanese Chambers of Commerce, businessmen from two countries and Lebanese officials took part in the opening ceremony of the event.
The main purpose of Forum is to energize and to diversify cooperation between Ukraine and Lebanon in the field of agriculture, to increase volumes of Ukrainian agricultural products supplies to Lebanon as well as Lebanese citrus fruits to Ukraine.
The forum, which will last for three days, is attended by representatives of powerful Ukrainian companies involved in export and import of agricultural products and their Lebanese partners.
